HELP WANTED! FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE
We’re looking for a new hero to join our team.
Think of us like the Agents of Shield; we remain unseen but we’re totally awesome!
Basic skills required:
• At least 1 year experience as a customer service representative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Type 60+ wpm
• Must have comic knowledge and be detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask live chats, phone calls, emails plus other related tasks
• Ability to work in a unified team
MUST be available Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM
Position is at our warehouse in L.I.C., Queens, and is very accessible via MTA, including the 7 and E lines
